Floyd’s resourceful ideas, direction, commitment to high quality service and common sense strategic approach have helped clients gain market share in their respective fields. His philosophy is "hands-on" in all aspects of agency and client agendas.
Laura Szczes, Vice President

Laura’s attention to detail and her straightforward, researched approach to advertising and marketing creates consistently effective campaigns for Ad Mark’s clients. Laura also oversees the media planning and buying. Since 1999, Laura has successfully built media relationships on local, regional and national levels for Ad Mark.
Karen Lett – Media Buyer
As a Media Buyer, Karen helps develop and manage media planning and buying for TV, radio, print and other electronic media. Karen uses the most updated software and research to plan and buy Ad Mark’s media. Karen is a graduate of the Edward R. Murrow School of Communications at Washington State University.
