Floyd Kolmer, President
Before founding Ad Mark in 1991, Floyd Kolmer spent over 25 years in sales, advertising and marketing with high profile manufacturing and retail businesses. Floyd’s areas of expertise include sponsorship negotiations, media partnership opportunities, media strategy and facilitating research and analysis. Floyd’s track record of resourceful ideas, direction and commitment to high quality service combined with his strategic approach to addressing current trends and marketing challenges has helped Ad Mark’s clients solidify and gain market share in their respective fields. Floyd is a member of the Puget Sound Marketing Association. He sits on the board for Seattle Children’s Hospital’s Stanley Stamm Summer Camp.
Laura Szczes, Vice President
In 1999 Laura joined the Ad Mark team after moving from Burdett Adams Agency in Florida where she worked on campaigns for Johnson & Johnson. She made a name for herself in the Seattle market as Ad Mark’s senior media buyer, specializing in rate negotiations and maximizing budgets before becoming Vice President in 2007. As VP she manages the media department as well as client relations. Laura earned a Certificate from the University of Washington in Advanced Interactive Marketing, June 2010. Laura is a member of the Seattle Chamber of Commerce. Elected in 2010, Laura serves on the Advisory Panel for the Rat City Rollergirls League as the marketing advisor. She also holds a BA in Communications from the University of North Florida with an emphasis on Advertising. Laura volunteers with the Seattle Women’s Chorus and the Seattle Men’s Chorus, singing for social justice as well as facilitating their media buys.
Marsa Clark-Stabile – Senior Media Planner/Buyer
Marsa develops and manages media plans, negotiates rates and added value, and secures television, radio, print, and outdoor schedules. She utilizes the latest software to research demographics and trends, select the perfect outlets to deliver the client message, and keeps a close eye on each medium to get the most out of a campaign. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Marsa is a graduate from the University of Idaho. Although she joined the Ad Mark team in the early spring of 2011, Marsa brings over 10 years of media knowledge, strategy, and experience from the Las Vegas market.
Nicholas Minnott – Marketing Coordinator
Nick implements targeted online display advertising, monitors SEM and facilitates print placement. He also monitors daily TV and Radio schedules and delivers detailed daily reports to our clients with their actual run-times/delivery and added value/promotions. Nick received his BA in Media Studies (with a focus in Journalism) from the University of San Francisco in 2009. Nick also earned a Certificate from the University of Washington in Public Relations, June 2011. Prior to his work at Ad Mark, Nick worked in the PR industry for Porter Novelli (an Omnicom Group). Nick is thrilled to be working in a fast-paced, creative industry with the Ad Mark team.
